- Day 1: „The ABC of Lithuanian Pirtis” – Learn the four-fold structure of traditional holistic Lithuanian pirtis, led by top bath-masters.
- Day 2: „Introduction to Whisking and Sauna Bodywork” – Prepare own whisks, learn ergonomics and safety of sauna bodywork, and enjoy a relaxing honey treatment.
- Day 3: „Advanced Whisking Techniques” – Refine skills in leaf whisking, ensuring a deeper understanding and ability to conduct a full sauna session.
- Additional Courses:
- Level 1: Bath Masters Basics – An intensive and fun introductory course of healthy sauna basics and whisking.
- Level 2: Whisking, Home SPA, Guiding a Small Group Ritual – An advanced course that builds on the basics, focusing on whisking, home spa, and guiding small group rituals.

Here’s a sample 3-day daily schedule for your Basic Sauna Masters course in Lithuania:
Day 1: Foundations of Lithuanian Pirtis
Morning (9:00–12:00)
- Welcome & cultural intro: History of Lithuanian sauna traditions
- Tour of the sauna space: “white pirtis” vs. smoke sauna, stove types, and ritual zones
- Safety & hygiene: Temperature zones, ventilation, and guest preparation
Afternoon (13:00–17:00)
- Hands-on: Prepare your own vanta (leaf whisk) using birch, oak, or juniper or other type of plant depending on the season
- Practice whisking and steam control techniques in group of two.
- Group reflection: Share sensations and cultural insights
Day 2: Whisking & Bodywork
Morning (9:00–12:00)
- Ergonomic bodywork: Learn safe, rhythmic whisking for back, shoulders, and legs
- Honey treatment demo: Application and benefits for skin and relaxation
- Partner practice: Gentle scrubbing and massage techniques
Afternoon (13:00–17:00)
- Guided session: Rotate roles (master/guest) to experience both sides
- Feedback circle: Refine technique and discuss guest comfort cues
- Optional: Herbal steam infusion workshop (mint, thyme, lavender)
Day 3: Guest Experience & Mastery
Morning (9:00–12:00)
- Reading the guest: Assess physical/emotional state, tailor steam intensity
- Advanced whisking: Adjust pressure, rhythm, and sequence for different needs
- Role-play: Handle common guest requests (e.g., “too hot,” “need more steam”)
Afternoon (13:00–17:00)
- Final practical: Each participant leads a 30-min session for peers
- Certification ceremony: Award “Basic Sauna Master” certificates
- Group meal: Enjoy traditional Lithuanian dishes cooked in the sauna stove
Optional Add-Ons
- Students Public Sauna show – All group goes to the public sauna to make a Sauna ritual for quests to experience what did they learned in our 3 – day master course program.
